WATERMELON WITH FRESH MINT LEAVES

REMARKS: This was an easy thing to confront and start the gradient towards cooking here. This was an experiment, but now I think I'll never have watermelon again without the fresh mint sprinkled on top. It tasted AMAZING. Richie barbecued chicken today, and I had went shopping at Henry's for the first time and LOVED it. There was an organic watermelon for like $2.50 or something and a fresh mint plant for under $3 too, so I went ahead and bought it. It's so fun to break through the stop and move towards creating with food again. I am in "Heaven" here at my new home. But, for some reason, I haven't been able to create in the kitchen. I'm not sure what is happening, but I don't have the urge to cook. I don't really want to force it, but I just might have to soon.
I definitely feel creative in other areas however. I am taking pictures left and right. Below are a couple of our views.
